Reimagining Canned Foods
Inspired by a recent reliance on shelf-stable canned foods due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this Speculative & Experimental project explores how to take preserved, canned, and less-desirable foods into a new, glamorized & spectacular context. 
Everything shown below are completely edible foods made from canned products. These foods were formed with the technique of food spherification — a method typically found in Michelin Star restaurants.
