I am a current Sophomore in the Brown|RISD Dual Degree Program, studying Graphic Design at the Rhode School of Design, and Chemistry at Brown University. The Dual Degree Program enables me to pursue two undergraduate degrees at two institutions, ultimately gaining an interdisciplinary education in Design and STEM. I am immensely interested in the ways design can inform the way I approach understanding complex scientific concepts, and more specifically how science is able to inform my own design practice.
For the Summer of 2018, I am based in Mountain View, CA, and am part of the Stanford-Brown-RISD iGEM Team participating in research at the NASA Ames Research Center.
Outside of class, I primarily work as one of the Co-Chairs for the nation's largest student-run design conference, Better World by Design.
